For those looking for the sweeter side of the buffet, feast your eyes upon the extravagant display of World Pastry Champion Jean-Philippe Maury's signature creations.  Indulge in gourmet pastries, ice cream and other delectable treats from Chef Maury.  Saving room for dessert is an absolute and delicious must!
